The Pride Market is directly across from the Main Stage, ensuring a massive amount of visibility and foot traffic!
Every vendor booth space includes a 10' x 10' tent, a table, and 2 chairs.
Vendor parking is provided near the Pride Market and in an overflow lot at 5th & Kenosha. Space is limited, so please avoid large trucks/trailers where possible.
Water and electric is not available for vendor tents or food trucks. Food trucks must be self contained, though small generators are acceptable.
Your Vendor Packet will include maps, parking, information, rules, etc.
If you have liability insurance, please attach (or bring one with you to Check-In) a Certificate of Insurance with OKEQ listed as an additional insured:

SATURDAY 10/12
- 6 AM to 8 AM: Food truck check-in/setup
- 6 AM to 11 AM: Vendor check-in/setup
- 8 AM: Festival gates open for Rainbow Run participants and spectators
- 8:30 AM: 1-Mile Fun Run
- 9:00 AM: 5K Rainbow Run
- 12 PM: Festival gates open to the public
- 10 PM: End of day
SUNDAY 10/13
- 10 AM to 11 AM: Vendor check-in/setup for those not present on Saturday
- 12 PM - Festival gates open
- 2 PM: Parade staging begins
- 4 PM: 25th Annual Tulsa Pride Parade
- 9 PM: End of day
