The Pride Street Market runs the entire length of 4th Street from the Entrance Gates to the Equality Center. This move is intended to make it more accessible for both attendees and vendors, make loading & unloading easier, and provide better lighting.
Vendors are sure to see plenty of foot traffic from the 40,000+ expected attendees!
Please note that Makers Market entries are reserved for individuals, small businesses, and local queer artists offering hand-crafted products, artwork, and other goods; as well as smaller organizations focused on 2SLGBTQIA+ community resources.
Booth spaces are limited so apply today to ensure your spot!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All vendor spaces include a 10' x 10' tent, an 8' table, and 2 chairs. Vendors are welcome to bring any merchandising or display equipment needed, however, we cannot accommodate vendor-provided tents.
- Vendors may begin setting up their booth Friday, October 10th after 8 PM. Booths must be open and staffed by Saturday, October 11th at 10 AM.
- Vendor vehicles will be permitted within the festival grounds for easy loading/unloading outside of festival hours. Time frames are dependent on a number of factors. Full details will be provided in your Vendor Packet.
- Staff will be available Saturday morning beginning at 7 AM to direct you to your booth and answer any questions.
- Your Vendor Packet will include detailed information on check-in location, vehicle access routes, and parking information.
- Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their materials at all times. Tulsa Pride is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Exhibitors may not smoke or have open flames within their exhibition space.
- Exhibitors will comply with all instructions from The Tulsa Police Department and the Tulsa Pride Staff.
