Tulsa Pride Food Truck Vendors

We are curating our food truck selection and limiting the number of trucks this year to provide a wider range of options for attendees and to help boost sales for food vendors.

One applicant for each type of cuisine will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Food truck spaces are limited to a total of 7.

If selected, our Vendor Relations team will reach out for confirmation and payment information.

IMPORTANT INFORAMTION

Food truck entries are $350. We do not require any revenue sharing.
Food truck vendors must make direct sales (cash or card) with their own POS equipment.
No power or water supplies are available. Your truck must be fully self-contained. Small generators are acceptable.
City of Tulsa ordinances do not allow cooking under tents.
Placement and setup begins Friday, October 10th at 6pm. Trucks must be in place and ready to serve by Saturday, October 11th at 10 AM and stay open until 10 PM.
If selected, a detailed Vendor Packet will be sent to you that includes your vendor pass, directions, and check-in location. Staff will be onsite during check-in and setup times to direct you to your position and answer any questions.
Special Event Liability Insurance is required. If you do not have liability insurance, we will provide information on how to get a heavily discounted policy for the event.
Tulsa County Health Inspectors will provide a Special Event Permit the morning of the event.

We agree to abide by all guidelines for the festival and decisions made by OKEQ staff. Further, if selling items, we agree to provide sales totals after the festival to help Tulsa Pride provide better insight to future vendors and sponsors.
